InstaFinancials

No public opt-out process · Email only · No published timeline

InstaFinancials (CBL Data Science Pvt Ltd) publishes company and director data — largely drawn from India's public MCA registry. Unlike the other brokers on this site, it has no public opt-out, deletion, or data-subject-request process, and no privacy contact email in its Privacy Policy. This page tells you that plainly, and gives you the realistic route that does exist.

The law, plainly: until 13 May 2027, India's DPDP erasure right is not enforceable. Any request you send today asks InstaFinancials to act voluntarily — and because much of its data comes from public company filings, some of it may be legitimately public record that no removal request can touch.

What does not exist

The realistic route — email

  1. Email Support@InstaFinancials.com (their Terms of Use §17 Notices contact) requesting removal of the specific profile or data, with the profile URL and what should be removed. State plainly that you are asking for removal of your personal data from public profiles.
  2. Expect no published obligation or timeline — there is none. Follow up after two weeks if there is no reply.
  3. Verify by checking the profile again after a month. If the data comes from the MCA public registry, it may reappear or be legitimately public — in that case the removal route is effectively closed, and the honest answer is that the data is public record.

Account holders only — not public-profile removal

If you have an InstaFinancials account and want it deleted, email CS@InstaFinancials.com from your registered email, including your username and email address. That is account deletion only — do not present it as a public-profile removal channel. Phone: +91 8792 827 285.
